What we collect
When you leave a request on our site, we collect your name, the contact you give us (for example email, phone or a messenger handle), and optionally a link to your Instagram.
We don't collect anything else through the form.
Why we use it and our legal basis
We use this data for one thing only: to contact you about early access to YumYum.
The legal basis is your consent, which you give when you submit the form.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. To run the site and store your request we use a few service providers who process data only on our behalf: Cloudflare (content delivery and security), DigitalOcean (hosting and database) and an email delivery provider.
How long we keep it
We keep your request until we launch and have contacted you — or until you ask us to delete it or withdraw your consent, whichever comes first.
Your rights
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email [email protected].
You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Cookies and tracking
We don't use advertising or analytics tracking. We only use cookies and technologies that are strictly necessary to run the site (for example, remembering your language).
